Uh-oh. I guess it’s true when they said that a Government big enough to give you everything can also take it all away!

In my opinion, the Separation of Powers Doctrine, the supposed “checks and balances” created by the “floundering fathers” has resulted in a three-headed monster, each head trying to devour the other and to assume all of the “express powers” granted to the Government, as well as all of the “implied powers,” a legal myth created by the Korrupt Kangaroo Kourt in the so-called Implied Powers Doctrine. Many presidents tried to disavow that vile doctrine and many succumbed to it, including Eisenhower, who did not veto, as did several presidents before him, the Interstate Highway Act. There was and is NO express power for the federal government to build roads in the states. It came about during the Cold War and it contains a provision mandating that “one mile out of every five” on Interstate Highways shall be straight and flat. It created “runways” all across America so that planes could land there to fight any foreign (or domestic) invasion.

At the same time it gave the FEDGOVT a stranglehold on the states, threatening to “withhold federal funding” if a state refused to comply with the demands of the FEDGOVT with regard to an ever-growing number of “social programs” and “public policies” invented by the innumerable agencies spawned in the uncontrolled proliferation of the FEDGOVT beyond all its intended limitations. These programs and policies are implemented in part by “Interstate Compacts” and there are now too many to count. Now we have “Executive Orders” issued by the Executive Branch Monster Head; unconstitutional “Congressional Enactments” issued by the Legislative Branch Monster Head; and, Judicial Tyranny in the form of “judge made law” issued by the Judicial Branch Monster Head, according, not to the rule of law or judicial precedent or substantive rulemaking, but by “interpretive rulemaking” at the whim and discretion of a mere ministerial officer who is “acting as a judge.”

“The discretion of a Judge is the law of tyrants: it is always unknown. It is different in different men. It is casual, and depends upon constitution, temper, passion. In the best it is oftentimes caprice; in the worst it is every vice, folly, and passion to which human nature is liable.”
